Class Features
Advanced Shield Skills
Large Shields will provide 3/4 cover and standard shields will provide 1/2 cover while using hold action.

Fighting Style: you can choose between Blind Fighting, Defense, Protection, and Interception
2 Shield Art:
You choose between Offense and Defense for your style with a shield.
-Offense- +1 to damage with shield and crits from attacks with a shield force a strength save or knock prone
-Defense- +1 to AC and can Disengage as a Bonus Action
2 Brace- resist getting knocked prone for self and nearby allies. +2 to rolls against getting knocked prone for self and Allies within 5ft.
6 Scoff-Target must succeed DC14 CHA save or its next turn must be dedicated to attacking the Guardian. Bonus Action. Uses Equal to Proficiency and refills on short rest
11 Honor Guard- On your turn if you are adjacent to a team mate as a reaction you can use this ability to redirect an opportunity attack they would recieve on their turn to you.
16 Swift Defense-
Opportunity Attacks you trigger have Disadvantage against you.

Subclasses
Aegis-aggressive defense
3 Improved Bash
Add additional 50% STR to Bash damage. Dmg+1.5xSTR
3 Combat Prowess
Attacks that fail to beat your AC can provoke an attack with your off hand as a reaction.
9 Shield Throw
Range 30Ft make a ranged attack with your Shield. Shield will return to you after throw. This substitutes one of your attacks.
14 Shield Bounce
Shield can bounce to additional target after thrown.
18 Percussive Bash
You draw on reserves of strength to deliver a massive strike to a target. Make a melee attack and add an extra 2d8 bludgeon damage and the target must succeed a DC15 CON save or be stunned for 1 min. You have uses equal to your Proficiency

Gain proficiency in heavy armor
3 Dual Shields
You can equip a second shield for bonus 50% AC on normal shield value.
9 Plant Shields
Plant one of your shields into the ground offering 3/4 cover to any single being who choose to use it. Each shield planted grants the Rampart bonus 10ft movement.
9 Anchor
Push your shields together and hold your position to gain full cover to yourself and the space behind you. Left and right spaces get 3/4. Diagonal left and right get 1/2. This has a max radius of 5ft
14 Iron Curtain
You can now move at 50% movement while anchored
14 To My Side
Summon your planted shields back to you. If the shield travels through a creature it must make a DC14 DEX save or take 2d6 Bludgeon and be knocked prone. Max range 15ft.
18 Iron Assault
You can now shove creatures during Anchor.
18 TMS range increase
TMS range increases to 45ft
Ward-magic defense
3 Spellcasting: Inyelligence is your casting stat and you have full access to Abjuration and Enchantment for spells you can learn
9 Spell Attract
Use an action to assume a stance to draw a spell targeting a nearby ally to you
14 Spell Reflect
Use your Reaction to Parry a spell targeting you or an adjacent ally and send it back to the caster. Target has to make a DEX save
18 Catch and Release
Use your reaction to catch a spell targeting you or an adjacent ally and hold it in your shield. You can then cast that spell for free targeting whatever you choose
